AQU-MBR Membrane
Aqucell has high anti-pollution UF MBR membrane of both curtain and column model.


MBR is made of PVDF composite membrane hollow fiber, which has superior inoxidability. It has very strong corrosion-resistant stability against various chemicals such as strong acid, alkali and oxidizer etc.
MBR can operate well in PH value range from 2 to 10; while its tolerance against oxidant is over 5000mg/L.
The stretching-resistant toughness and anti-pressure capability of PVDF UF composite membrane has been improved a lot comparing with membranes of the like.
Sludge concentration is high, which is several times of that in traditional active sludge process, and its impact-resistant load capability is good.
Product water quality is good, could be re-used directly.
Technical parameters could be controlled easily, which would realize the complete separation of SRT and HRT.
Low sludge output and reduce the expense of sludge disposal.
Adopt PLC control, realize automation for the whole process.
Low occupied area for assembling equipment.
